Sydney Private Day Tours Pty Limited is committed to providing quality services and ensuring our tours exceed guests’ expectations.

Bookings
Bookings are made via our secure booking platform. Payments are secure and fully encrypted.
We require a full payment at time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
Tours may be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to departure and will receive a full refund.
Sydney Private Day Tours Pty Limited must be notified in writing where possible or by contacting our office on 1800 247 247.
For tours cancelled within 24 hours prior to departure a 100% cancellation fee applies. However, if notice of cancellation is given and the tour is re-booked there is no charge.
Surcharges
No Surcharge applies for credit card payment.
No Surcharge applies for road tolls, taxes and parking (other than airport parking)
No Surcharge applies for National Park entry fee’s on any of our tours.
There is a $25 per tour surcharge for all airport pick ups. This nominal amount covers the airport parking costs and drivers waiting times.
*Our drivers will always wait for guests with an airport or cruise terminal pick up, even if the flight/cruise is delayed.
Adult Passenger Seat belt Regulations
All of our tour vehicles are equipped with passenger seatbelts. It is an Australian Government requirement that all drivers and passengers wear seatbelts.
Infant and Child Safety Seat Regulations
When there are children travelling on our tours, Sydney Private Day Tours Pty Limited will provide the appropriate Government Regulation Child Safety Seat. All Children must be safely fastened in the correct car seat for their age and size.
Children aged from six months old but under four years old must be secured in either a rear or forward facing approved child restraint with an inbuilt harness.
Children under four years old cannot travel in the front seat of a vehicle with two or more rows.
Children aged from four years old but under seven years old must be secured in a forward facing approved child restraint with an inbuilt harness or an approved booster seat.
Children aged from four years old but under seven years old cannot travel in the front seat of a vehicle with two or more rows, unless all other back seats are occupied by children younger than seven years in an approved child restraint or booster seat.
Medical Issues
If you suffer from any known medical conditions you must let us know in advance. Please ensure that you carry with you sufficient supplies of any medications you may require, even if you do not use them regularly.
In the unlikely event of a medical incident, you hereby authorise Sydney Private Day Tours Pty Limited to take such action as is necessary for the provision of medical services at your cost including but not limited to the arrangement of any medical evacuation service by air or road, the attendance of any nurse, doctor, paramedic or ambulance officer and any necessary hospital service. You must pay on time the costs of those services to the provider of those services or reimburse Sydney Private Day Tours Pty Limited within seven (7) days of demand.
Drugs and Alcohol
No illicit drugs or alcohol are to be consumed in any Sydney Private Day Tours Pty Limited vehicle.
Smoking is not permitted in any Sydney Private Day Tours Pty Limited vehicle.
General
Sydney Private Day Tours Pty Limited reserves the right to eject any passengers behaving in an inappropriate, offensive, intoxicated or destructive manner from the vehicle. This may include requesting that police or other relevant authorities attend.
Travel Insurance
Sydney Private Day Tours Pty Limited recommends that all customers obtain an appropriate Travel Insurance policy.
